John was born and raised in Mayflower, AR. He’s worked in the service industry most of his life, also serving in the navy for six years. He started working in the pest control industry 25 years ago making, as he says, just $5.50 an hour. He enjoys playing golf on the weekend and any days he’s off and rooting for his favorite team, the Razorbacks. He’s raised two boys, one of which works for our sister company, Fairway Lawns, and has one grandchild. He enjoys the job because you “aren’t stuck in the same place; you get to move around”. He says he “wasn’t ever a factory guy” and never wanted to be stuck inside doing the same things.
Steve was born in Russellville, AR and raised in our capital city, Little Rock. He graduated from Park View High School in Little Rock and spent a year at VoTeck. Before joining our team, he worked for an impressive 22 years at the General Electric Company until the plant moved to Texas – he has been with Command Pest since April of 2000. He enjoys riding motorcycles, going for long rides touring the country, exploring Arkansas’ water ways and researching both local and family history. He says this is “a great company to work for; he enjoys interacting with the customers and gaining both their respect and trust”.
Jeff was raised in Sheridan, AR and graduated with a two year degree from Ouachita Technical College in Malvern, AR as a certified welder. He started working as a technician 3 years ago after 7 years in the construction industry. He enjoys hunting and fishing, working on his dirt bike and going out in the mud with his truck. He says the best part of the job is “just being out in the field with no one breathing down your neck – you know what you have to do and you do it”.
Lee born in St. Louis, MO and attended Berryville High School. He graduated from Remington Business College and has been with Command Pest Control for 16 years now (17 years this July!). He is the manager for our Northwestern service area near Springdale, AR. Lee enjoys hunting, fishing and coaching youth basketball and football. He’s also a big supporter of both the Hogs and the Cowboys!
Kevin was born in Miami, OK where he attended Miami High School. He’s been with Command Pest Control for 5 years now and works our Northwestern service area around Springdale, AR. When he’s not working, Kevin enjoys fishing, hunting and just being outdoors in general.
Lucas has been with Command Pest Control for about a year now. His routes include our Northwestern Arkansas service area near Springdale, AR. He was born in Fayetteville, AR and went to school at Greenland High School. Lucas enjoys many different hobbies including weight lifting, football, four wheeling, hiking, spending time with his family and eating!
Zac is the self described “new guy” in the Springdale service area, but as he says, he is “quickly rising to the top”! Born in Los Alamitos, CA Zac graduated from Fayetteville High School and attended college, focusing on finance. His hobbies include playing sports, watching movies and dating girls!
Julie was born in Taipei, Taiwan where her father was stationed in the military. She moved to North Little Rock when she was 2 and moved to Little Rock when she was 10. She went to McClellan High School and has worked for Command Pest for 15 years. She enjoys reading, Zumba, hunting (deer and hog) and fishing. Julie says she “enjoys working here because it changes from day to day – you have set things you have to do, but you always have different calls”. She also adds that she “likes the people [she] works with; it’s a good Christian atmosphere.”
Dana was born and raised in Memphis, TN and graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, AR. She started working as a technician for Command Pest Control over 5 years ago and now works in the office. She enjoys painting, reading, playing guitar, renovating her home and finishing up her master’s degree. She says “working with this company brings me joy because I have wonderful professional colleagues who love their job and making customers happy”.
Alex was born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia and has been in Little Rock for 10 years. She graduated from Hendrix College, in Conway with a major in Spanish and early childhood development. She’s worked for the company for a year and a half, using her skills in both Spanish and English to help out customers. Her hobbies include being a full time mother, knitting, croche and sewing. Alex says she ”likes working here because they treat you right and the people you work for and with are always nice to be around”.
